Amanah or Trust is the responsibilities accepted by a person to whom he/she is entrusted that he/she can perform as demanded. This responsibility is something must be nurtured and maintained in order to reach those who are entitled to it.
It is a Trust received from individual donor to provide immediate financial/income resources to beneficiaries after the donor's death. Donors may want to distribute Trust Funds/ Capital for specific purposes and intentions to the beneficiary via the Trustee (MAAB) as stated in the Trust Deed.
It is a Trust received from Institutions/corporations/agencies government/ foundation/ club/ company/ association/ body corporate or cooperative intended to provide a trust fund and distributed to the beneficiary for a specific purpose and desire indicated by the corporate donors.
Indeed, Allah commands you to return trusts to their rightful owners; and when you judge between people, judge with fairness. What a noble commandment from Allah to you! Surely Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing. (An-Nisaa : 58)
